Written Ventures is an educational travel agency that curates and tailor-fits affordable, holistic and immersive learning journeys for students ages 12-25 focused on inspiring young minds through facilitated reflective dialogues and hands-on service-action programs, educating the youth about real life problems and global issues through first-hand experience and face-to-face mentorships, and finally, empowering participants through eye-level meets and direct training and skills exposure. With each journeys, we aim to diversify the team dynamic and insights by ensuring that there are participants from all socio-economic backgrounds. Jerome Gibran de Jesus is currently struggling how to keep the fire torch burning and how to bring in the right people to be co-workers and partners with him in this vision. He is also having a hard time ensuring that his start-up to be stable because he also has another work responsibility. With this Think Thank, Jerome is hoping to find a cloud of feedbacks from professionals and people about the concept. He would love to hear a spectrum of real life applications that will hopefully enrich the concept and programming of the social enterprise.
