Come along to this session where Michael Hetherington will show you how to naturally increase your productivity, creativity, energy levels and overall health and well-being just by adjusting the time of day you do certain activities. You will re-visit your “natural time knowledge” and he will show you some simple and practical ways to get back in touch with it.
Michael is an author, yoga instructor, martial artist and teacher of traditional Chinese medicine. He will be providing you with an outline as to how energy moves through the body-mind system while also showing you a bunch of cool tips and tricks to help you adjust to these cycles in a playful and productive way.
