Free Class – Laughter Yoga

Ho Ho Ha Ha! Laughter Yoga is a revolutionary idea – simple and profound. An exercise routine, it is sweeping the world and is a complete well-being workout.
Laughter Yoga is combination of deep breathing exercises from yoga and laughter exercises, which oxygenates our body and brain, makes us feel healthier and energetic. It initiates laughter as a body exercise in a group and with eye contact and childlike playfulness. It soon turns into real and contagious laughter.
Adventurous, creative and entrepreneurial, Suskita is passionate about inspiring people to live a happy and healthy life through photography, cycling and laughter yoga.
Suskita began her yoga journey in 2014 through the help of a toe fracture. After working in the first Chinese lululemon showroom for a year, she start her round-the-world #ShootCycle project in Asia, travelling with a bamboo bike and cameras, blogging on her healthy finds.
In 2016 Bali Spirit Festival, she took her first laughter yoga class led by Kay Wararuk, a Laughter Yoga Ambassador from Bangkok. Suskita was impressed how laughing exercises helped her overcome stress. 6 weeks later, she received her Laughter Yoga Leader Certificate from Dr. Madan Kataria, the Founder of Laughter Yoga.
With her new travel companion laughter yoga, she upgraded her documentary project into #ShootCycleHahaha.
Co-founded Laughter Yoga Shanghai Club, she teaches Laughter Yoga internationally in a wide range of environments from yoga studio, vegetarian restaurant, school, non-profit organisation to co-working space. Adults or kids, you will leave her classes laughing and feeling enlivened.
