Fitness Workout: Sweat Sesh with Yoo-Sun Park

Want to tap into a higher level of your best self? Come be part of this workout session from Yoo-Sun Park. Yoo-Sun is a movement professional, a former financier and a violinist who trained at Juilliard. This will be a sweat session you will want to brag about to your friends.
Based on the fitness ideologies of SLT (an NYC-based boutique fitness studio), Yoo-Sun will lead you into a workout that will leave you feeling muscles you didn’t even know you had.
If Pilates and Yoga had a baby, this 45-minutes session would be it. This workout focuses on core strengthening, breathing, and smooth transitions. There are no Pilates Teasers or Downward Dogs here, but there are a ton of smooth pulses and slow movements that focus on the core, obliques, hamstrings, and glutes.
The tunes for this session include remixed renditions of Say
My Name and B*tch Don’t Kill My Vibe, so either way, you’ll leave feeling strong, pumped and groovy after this workout.
